It's a pleasure that the staff is polite and pleasant they explain in detail in how to access your belonging and actually show how the systems work. Im please with kamile cause she took her time in explaining in a way I could understand. I would recommend extraspace to my friends and family

this is the worse experience I had I lost all my things because the manager at the land star location did not want to take my money I was going to pay with a debit card that is cash if you pt your pin and she rejected I run to the bank and was coming back with the cash and beg her to please speak to the person that bough my unit and explain and she refuse to help me I spoke to the person that purchased my unit and told me she never mention anything to him and now I lost everything all my paper my pictures and things I worked so hard for the story is long but don't do business with them they don't have compassion and they are not humanitarians you are a customer and they don't treat you like one
