This place was once okay, and it's now inhospitable to anyone in the small business phase of needing a storage. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 ft. Pole (which I had to use to capture a rat in the building, that they took 5 days to remove from the bucket I caught it in). Their climate controlled units are just a suggestion and there is zero ramifications if they leave you in a unit with a busted AC that is consistently above their specified temperature range on the contract.(55 degrees to 85 degrees) ( I measured my unit at 88 degrees multiple times over the course of the summer when multiple AC units in the climate controlled unit was out, what was I told? Oh the AC isn't working? Whose problem is that? Again don't rent here, these 5? reviews are purely from people in their first 3 month promotional period

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the rat problem in the building, especially having to wait 5 days for removal after you had already caught it yourself. We also acknowledge that our climate-controlled units failed to maintain the contracted temperature range of 55 to 85 degrees, with your unit reaching 88 degrees multiple times during the summer due to our AC units being out of service. We recognize that our response to these issues was inadequate and unprofessional. These concerns regarding pest control, climate control maintenance, and customer service are serious matters that we need to address.
