What a difference! After dealing with an absolutely disgusting cockroach infestation at Public Storage, I was scrambling to salvage my equipment and find somewhere new before flying home to Rhode Island. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Extra Space Storage. Bill, the property manager on-site, and Devon from corporate were both fantastic. They helped me through the entire process, listened to me vent about the nightmare I was coming from (probably more than they bargained for ??), and genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. And the facility itself? Night and day. Clean, cool, air-conditioned, climate-controlled, secure, pest control, actual bathrooms, water, and an office that can receive shipments for me. Everything I needed and then some. Coming from what I had just dealt with, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated all of it. I use this space for our company’s trade-show equipment, so knowing it’s somewhere clean and properly maintained is a huge relief. Bill and Devon, thank you both for being so helpful and putting up with me through all of this. You really turned a lousy experience into a great one. Aces all around. Couldn’t be happier with the move!
