I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage. The manager, Karina was super sweet, very helpful, very friendly and very understanding. After getting my unit, she took me in a golf cart up to the building and showed me exactly where my storage unit was located and showed me how to use the lock that I was unfamiliar with. She also made sure to answer any and all of my questions I had. Extra Space Storage is new, convenient and clean. They have several carts for you to use to move your things into the climate control building and there are elevators. If you are in need of a storage unit I would definitely recommend here. The price was great, the service was great and the facility is great.

Came in for an estimate and left with a unit rented! Karina sold me on her! Customer service is a major part of all of my decisions no matter where I go. Her attentiveness and listening skills were on point. Did not try over selling and put me into exactly what I needed! What a clean facility and the young lady at the front counter was amazing! Her name was Karina and she answered all my questions and showed me multiple units. I definitely chose this facility because of her customer service and knowing that I will always get that kind of service when I have questions. She was very polite, explained all cost associated with the unit and had a wonderful smile and personality. So happy I have a unit here!!!!!!

I ha e rented a few times over the years I'm all typically it's very simple, when it comes to this location and Karina, it was the best. The facility is great and easy to move things around. I was in a Russian Karina made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly and made that whole transaction incredibly easy and efficient. If I ever need another unit I'll absolutely be going back to deal with Karina and extra space storage
