Karina Bello greeted me at the door upon my first visit welcomed me in a very friendly manner. I explained that I didn't have any experience with renting a storage unit- Karina explained all my options along with pricing, then proceeded to show my the units. Based on a needs conversation I was able to make a decision as to the size and location that would work best. The rental process was smooth and the unit was very clean and ready on the move in date. I also spoke to the manager who was very helpful as well.
