Jenn at Extra Space Storage on 2807 W Michigan Ave In Pensacola FL is absolutely amazing. Moving is stressful, but she was so positive, patient, and genuinely helpful that it completely changed the tone of my whole day. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and that I understood what I needed to do. You can tell she truly cares about the people she’s helping. The 2 ladys at the front desk were very helpful and had the best customer service i have seen in a long time.! And by far best price i have found anywhere for a nice storage unit. 10/10 reccomend!
