This place keeps getting better and better. I rent several units and for some reason my auto pay has been acting up for one of my units. I have been working with Brittany and Joe to try and resolve it and if it doesn't go through they are on top of letting me know so I don't get late fees. Their communication and desire to help their clients is truly amazing and very hard to find in any industry much less a storage unit. I will absolutely stay here as long as I need storage and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Thank you Extra Space Storage on Palafox for being so above and beyond awesome!

Very satisfactory experience in our two years. We only moved to another storage unit because it was more convenient. The Extra Space facility was clean, well lit, and we never saw any evidence of insects or rodents. Our few interactions with the office were very good. No problems with billing. Only gripe was with the provided carts; dearly needed some maintenance.

The facility is always clean and I always feel safe with the gates. The staff is amazing. I had issues with a rate hike, Brittany helped me get it assessed and fixed so I could afford to stay! Shes the best of the best!
