As a Lady truck driver and military family we moved a lot so storage is something I'm familiar with this particular facility has one of the most amazing employees. I had no idea what I was doing on the app and called in, and she literally walked me through the steps and fixed it, cause I screwed up. I have had a lot of experiences with a lot of storages over the years, the lady's that run the storage here on Michigan avenue are highly professional and definitely go the extra mile for their customers. They have definitely earned my respect for their outstanding attitudes and professionalism that they displayed working with me. The storage is very clean and a safe environment for all customers. It's a great place to do business and have peace of mind. Thank you ladies for doing a great job and you were greatly appreciated by myself and my family!
