The unit and location are fine but I what I was told when I reserved it over the phone was not what I was told when I arrived. (i.e. - They offer insurance for $11 over the phone - that is only for $2K. Check your home owner's policy. If you have a multi month contract to lock in your rate (advised), they bill you all up front, not monthly, Just because you have a reservation does not guarantee there will be an available unit until you have signed and paid. But the guy at the desk was nice.
