Gail was very knowledgeable and patient with us while exploring the different options available. She worked hard to get us the best unit for our budget and explained the rental process and requirements very thoroughly. We also had a delightful conversation about doughnuts that made me hungry! My favourite cream filled doughnut happens to be a boston cream!

Such friendly staff….Gail took the time to answer questions and show us around. We even talked about our favorite donuts…cream filed would be Boston cream…but I’m a sucker for a plain glazed from Krispy Cream. Back to the review…the facility is very clean and temperature in the climate controlled worked well. I prepaid for 6 months to lock in the introductory rate longer, as to postpone rate increases a little longer.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The manager was kind, friendly, and helpful, and she made the while process easy and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well, maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. My favorite milkshake is chocolate chip cookie dough.
