I had some initial issues setting my rental up on the weekend, but customer service was ready and willing to help. When I called, there was little or no wait time. With Victoria’s help on the phone, I was able to get moved into my unit when needed, but I was going to have to follow up with the local office during the week to finalize some of the outstanding items. When I walked in today and identified myself, Lynette knew who I was, she was up to date on my situation that and she had everything worked out and finalized. Excellent customer service! Extra Space Storage will always be my choice for storage needs.
