Stopped in ExtraSpace Storage yesterday and spoke to manager Melissa B. she was great! She answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the different size units because I was unsure of what size I needed. I'm difinitely using them for my storage needs!

The new facility on The corner of Veterans and Cochran Blvd is clean, huge and the management extremely friendly. Melissa was very helpful when we realized the unit we rented was too small. She made the transition to a larger unit very easy. Our move to the new unit was flawless! Thank you Melissa!

This is not my first experience with storage rental but it is one of the best. The facility (Cochran Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL) is new, very clean, climate control is superb and I love the size of the 10ft wide X 5ft deep unit… so much easier to access my boxes. I met with Tim for check in. He was very professional AND I got the Black Friday special internet rate (I reserved my space online). It was a very good day!

Was very easy to obtain exactly the size we needed. The place is super clean and has a ton of space to drive around and park without getting in other peoples way. I’m really glad we chose this place

I viewed several units yesterday and they were all spotless. To my dismay, when I arrived to meet my movers to unload after 6 pm, the unit was full of spider webs, rat fesces, and the floor looked as though it has never been swept. Needless to say I had no time to clean the unit myself as the movers were there and on a time limit. I am quite upset.

Just moved from up north and was worried about finding the right storage unit. Melissa was a huge help in making sure that she showed me around the facility and the different size units available. I even had to upgrade to a bigger unit and Melissa made it a smooth process to switch it over.
