Lynette at Extra Space Storage in port charlotte, off of Paulson drive, always goes above and beyond with her customer service. My Son & I made an hour drive to our storage unit today & had an issue with our lock when we got there, Lynette walked out with us and immediately took care of the situation. After a few hours of being there, she brought us out bottles of water because she noticed we were still there! I appreciate her customer service every time we've spoke & today was above and beyond.

Lynette is very friendly....I have been renting for 8yrs. Love how clean the location is. Customer service is awesome. Definitely recommend. No catch everything is layed out to you in black in white. No hidden fees. I have transfered units several time over the 8yrs and quick, simple and easy. Definitely affordable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
