I was setting things us for a unit just before they closed on Saturday afternoon on behalf of my son who was relocating for work. I needed to move my things into storage with little time to spare. Meagan Baytarian, store manager, listened patiently to my situation and offered just the right options for me. When she did not have the size unit that I needed she did not hesitate to pick up the phone and call the closest ExtraSpace Storage facility. Additionally, because it was late in the day she went the extra mile and assisted me in reserving the unit the other facility DID have so that I could go ahead and move in over the weekend. The leasing paperwork was quick and easy yet clearly defined. I will be telling my friends and family about this company’s service. It was late in the day when I arrived at the store. Yet Drew was very pleasant as he took me to my reserved storage unit, showed me around the building, and assisted me in getting my unit locked. He also introduced me to his manager, Chris Golden. The building is immaculate. Move in was a breeze.
