The 2 workers that greeted us as we walked in were very informative and helpful to us in making our final decision to rent a storage space at the Rockledge, FL location! We had already reserved a space online, but didn't want to fully rent it until we could see in person how big the space was. The guy who had only been there 3 days was right on top of giving us a tour of the facility and showed us the space, while explaining all details we would need to know if using their storage facility. The guy, sorry I don't know his name, was very kind and walked us around, showing us where we would pull the moving truck up to unload, how to get into the building, how to use the elevator, ect. He was GREAT! After our tour we went back up to the front lobby where the female worker was, which she was also Awesome! I don't know her name either. (She was a black female about average height with very kind eyes), at that point I went ahead and rented the unit via my phone as the female walked me thru the forms. They both made sure I had the app downloaded and then walked me back to the back door and elevator to show me how to use the app in order to get into the building and elevator. That way I didn't have to type my code in at the door and elevator, saving me lots of time! I really can't say enough about this storage facility honestly. The place is so squeaky clean that just me walking through left my shoe prints everywhere I walked. If you are looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend this place as it's all air conditioned and very clean with extremely helpful employees. We will definitely be using them anytime we need a space in the future. They are also the cheapest storage facility in the area, as well as the nicest! I also need to add that they have FREE moving carts for you to unload your boxes and use for your needs while using their storage facility. Hands down, the best place I've been to!! ????????
