This is my second time renting from Extra Space Storage. I went to the 21st St location. I knew Nick from the last time I rented a space. He was kind enough to let me know they didn’t have a unit there but they did have just what I needed over on 30th St and Omar would help me there. This location is really nice. Omar is very helpful and made the whole process easy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He even helped me set up the app on my phone.
