Traci at Extra Space Storage provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She took the time to guide us through the facility, made sure we parked at the closest entrance to our unit for easy access, and even offered us bottled water. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Traci went above and beyond in every way. She is hands down one of the most polite, friendly, and helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would.
