I’ve had a storage unit with them for a couple years since moving back to Florida. There was a rate increase request I got in the mail recently and went in to the office to discuss what could be done. Kristee in the office was super helpful, kind, and patient. She helped us resolve the issue and was very understanding! It was a seamless and very professional interaction!
