Fourth time using Extra Space Storage in four years and we couldn't be more pleased. The personnel are friendly and clear, the facilities are spotless with good access hours, and the prices are quite reasonable. Bonus points for climate-controlled buildings. Our usual location even recommended another Extra Space location when they couldn't accommodate our timing.

Anthony @ Clark rd went out of his way to answer all my questions and when The beeridge store was a better fit, he even booked my reservation and put me in direct contact with the beeridge Manager Jacklyn who was just as Awesome. She walked me over the property and made me aware of everything. She even stayed late to help me.

We want to commend both the storage facility and Jacqueline who was great in assisting us. She quickly provided everything we needed to open an international container, and to facilitate our access into our storage box. The facility itself is new, modern, clean, easily accessible and certainly the best we have used in our travels from place to place. I have had other local storage units, paid ridiculous prices, had rotten service in poorly maintained facilities. ExtraSpace Storage was a refreshing surprise. The facility is immaculate, well maintained and easily accessible. The staff is nice, friendly and professional. They understand customer service and have pleasant attitudes?. I have already recommended this place to others. If you need storage, this is very reasonably priced, better than the competition and has a variety of different sized units to choose from. Save yourself the hassle and aggrevation of dealing with older facilities that just don't care about you or your property, come straight to ExtraSpace Storage!

I feel my belonging will last in storage better due to air conditioned building and inside storage also seems much more secure than the normal out in parking lot style of storage. The building was very clean.

Take I-75 South to the Bee Ridge Exit. Take the Bee Ridge Rd. exit. Turn left on to Bee Ridge. Go 1/2 mile and turn left at the first light- Mauna Loa Dr. Follow Mauna Loa Dr till you get to Edgelake Dr. Turn Left on Edgelake Dr and follow that to the facility. The location will be located on the left side of the Rd next to the Sky Zone Trampoline Park.

Directions from the South:
