Very clean and air conditioned. Lights are motion censored. The only issue is lack of parking for unloading. Once you go in the gate, the parking spots are angled in the wrong direction, as if you are going to reverse into the spot. But if you’re unloading a trunk you don’t want to reverse, as you need access to the trunk. There are bathrooms and water fountains inside. Plenty of dollys. Overall, pleasant experience though.

Sandy the manager went above and beyond to help me and was very friendly and accommodating. He was so helpful to me during a stressful move. I found them on google from Daytona Beach so it was sight unseen. I’m very happy that I picked them. He runs a great clean facility. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in N. ExtraSpace Storage in Sarasota, Cattlemen Rd facility. Sandy the Manager went above and beyond to make our move in as smooth and efficient as possible. Very professional and courteous. The storage facility is very clean and well lit. There are automatic doors to help with the seamless move in, don’t have punch in codes every time you enter. Very safe and secure, cameras everywhere.
