Extremely disappointed with this Extra Space Storage location. Between the aggressive, relentless price hikes and the atrocious customer service, renting here has been an awful experience from start to finish. The biggest issue is the store manager, Kandyce. She is practically a ghost. Every single time I need assistance, the office doors are locked during posted business hours and nobody is on site. On the rare occasion you actually manage to encounter her, the customer service is nonexistent. She is dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and completely lacks basic professional courtesy. It is bad enough to continuously raise rental rates on existing customers, but to do so while providing zero on-site support and an outright hostile attitude from management is unacceptable. If you are looking for reliable access, responsive management, or decent customer service, take your business elsewhere. Lakewood Ranch has plenty of other storage options.

They have the nicest people that work here! And there always there and available to help. Kandase showed me three units sized bc I could not make up my mind. She was kind, professional and patient with me. There have been plenty of carts available, the climate control is perfect on the third floor, I haven't seen any bugs, no odors, nothing negative at all. It's very well maintained and the staff makes it easy compared to other places close by. So far I'm a fan!
