Some how my reservation got lost when I went to complete my reservation on the day of our move. I called extra storage and spoke with an awesome woman named Kimberly. She couldn't find my reservation either. Kimberly was able to fix everything and get me a unit. It was actually a good thing that this happened because it turned out I was reserving too small a unit. At Kimberly's suggestion I upgraded my unit and it ended up being the exact size I needed. As of now my storage unit is full and was the exact size I needed. This is not the first time I've used extra storage. Any location I've used was nothing less than an awesome experience.

Approximately 1 year ago I established a storage unit with a partner of mine at the time I was living with. I ended up establishing a storage unit at this location to get the woman's (now my ex) stuff out of the way so my mother could live safely in an apartment with my ex's name on the lease unsafelly stored and laying around everywhere so myself and my mom wouldn't have to worry about my mom falling over her ( my now ex's stuff), as she is elderly and was living in an apartment that we used to live in prior to all of this taking place. Since, we have separated and I have helped my mother move away from the mess and for approximately a year paid this business the entire amount each month most of which is my ex"s stuff stored in the unit. I moved to a different state and am now having extreme difficulty even getting my own belongings out of this storage unit that has mine and my ex's name on it to include im the one that's paid the monthly bill and is paid current to date. My phone calls trying to resolve the issue sent me to different people at different storage locations, as such making it near impossible to talk on the phone with the actual manager at the Sebring location to resolve the problem of retrieving my possessions which include my own Fathers ashes. Again, my name is on file with the storage company, I am current on my payments and have been the one making the payments on this storage unit since the day myself and my now ex got it. My personal opinion through experience, find a different storage company that doesn't change stories and operates properly and for the best interest of their paying customers.
