I’ve relocated to St Augustine recently and have been searching for storage units nearby. I was referred by Life Storage on US 1 to a nearby storage unit Extra Space located at 3260 US1. I was pleasantly surprised when I met with Julian and Shelby. It was a first when it came to exceptional customer service. Julian made you feel welcomed and was very patient and took the time to focus on me the customer without any phone interruptions while he was working with me. He showed me the different unit sizes and helped me understand the company policy and billing completely. I decided to reserve 2 units

Julien was great! He showed us a couple units so we could see the actual size instead of using my imagination, which was wrong. Shelby was on day 4 of her employment yet was knowledgeable in answering my questions. Will definitely recommend this storage facility.

Excellent, clean, and modern storage facility with great security and ease of access. The store manager was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful from the minute we walked in the door to closure of the deal. The manager smoothly walked us through the process and we had our new storage unit in less than 30 minutes. A shout out certainly goes to Store Manager Carolina Stretz for a job well done. Would highly recommend!
