We dealt with three different people. Chris, Alina and kaelyn (sorry for misspell of names). Each of them was pleasant, full of helpful information and suggestions on how to get things started easily as we are moving from one storage place to this one. I never felt like my questions were a bother or my request to revisit certain containers was an inconvenience. They were extremely professional, yet friendly, which made the entire experience stress free. The facility is clean, and very welcoming. I love that it doesn't have a roof in the container, it's open to allow circulation and lots of light so we can see easily in the unit. Everybody worked with us to find the best location for our container as we had certain needs. It was such a pleasant experience. As long as the price doesn't keep going up like in the last storage area we had, we will be renting here for years to come. Based on conversations I had with the staff who helped us, I don't think we will have the same problem we had in our last storage area where every 6 months the price was going up by $20 or more with little to no improvement to the facility and certainly no explanation for the increase.
