Top-notch, professional service. This is what you get and more from professionals that are there to assist customers. I was recommended by a friend of mines to go to this location and asked for Julian, since she received nothing but top-notch service and professional customer service. When I arrived, I was surprise that there were two (2) Julian who works there. Julian Mendez was the one who assisted me and provided me with a tour. He was very eloquent and eager to answer any questions I might have. He showed and explained the different of storage sizes, what is climate control and overall information to make my decision. Julian, also and this is what I love, he explained but everything concerning a prices, no hidden fees and what I get while being a customer. This is what I love, many places do not mentioned the ins and outs of the policies and even is in the contract, he took time to explained it to me. I appreciated his time and dedication on this part. Did I made a decision on getting a storage? Of course I did. I am super happy knowing that I am dealing with professionals and overall customer service. Thank you Julian Mendez for making my experience a wonderful one. I can see you are learning from the other Julian (which is the facility manager) and I hope to see you as a facility manager because you are great. Thank you again, and I do recommend anyone who is searching for great service, and honest place, this is the way to go. ?? thank you ??

Over the years I’ve used several different self storage companies. Of all of them, this was by far, the most pleasant to work with. Having to put everything I own in storage for the better part of a year was the result of a major upheaval in my life; one that was already stressful enough.
