First off, staff was super friendly and professional. Explained every detail regarding the rental and options available. The facility is clean and I have no doubts that the items we will keep there will be safe and secure.

I had a very positive experience using their facilities. They assisted me when needing to have my niece get a unit next to mine and they were always very friendly and helpful in walking me through the process of opening and closing my account with them. I highly recommend them.

I don't rent here but I live nearby. I stopped by today and wanted learn the name of the man who is always picking up trash along the roadway. In front of the building and all around the exterior of the property. I see trash everywhere along the road except near the Extra Space Storage. I learned that Aaron likes to keep his property clean and presentable. Impeccable character this man has to clean up beyond his property lines to provide his customers with a better experience. I am disgusted by the amount of trash I see people just toss out their windows but inspired that people like Aaron tries to make a difference. The sad thing is, Aaron said I am the 1st person to notice. I hope everyone who reads this takes a minute and tells him thank you.

Friendly staff. I had so many questions about storage but Aaron was quick with an answer for us. While he did not have the unit we needed, he checked all the surrounding stores trying to help us find what we needed. As we have a few weeks before we need to rent, there is no doubt that we will check in with Aaron 1st.

Great experience. SM Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were shocked how uncaring the other storage places were. Aaron listened to us and our concerns as 1st time renters. We left confident knowing our items will be stored in the right place. Thank you for being patient with all our questions. We were very impressed with the level of service.

The Saint Cloud location has a wonderful manager named Aaron. He saw us struggling with the entry door and was so kind to set the door to automatic while we moved in. The carts on site were a life saver. Very nice place to store our furniture.

I meet Aaron and he help me chose the best size. All my item fit perfect like he promise. Very clean storage and Aaron work very hard to make sure I understand everything. To bad lease not come in Spanish to make easier to understand. My English not to good but Aaron help me.
