Getting things setup was very easy. Jason was great and walked me through everything. Was in and out in 10-15m and could start storing. Facility is clean, cool and easily accessible.

Setting up a new rental was efficient and easy. I spike with Laura and she really was informative and eager to answer all my questions. The pricing was a great rate and I am overall very happy. Excited to move some belongings in. Thank you Extra Space Storage.

Today I met with Jeff at Extra Storage in need of a storage unit. He went above and beyond finding the right unit for us. Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend these guys if you are in need of a unit.

Extra Space Storage is definitely to go to storage place in St Petersburg. Lara was absolutely amazing, helpful, informative and understanding of my storage needs, exceptional service. The units are spotless well kept and state of the art. I “Highly” recommend this location

Super easy to book, fill out paperwork and set up payment for a unit. What use to take an hour to set up now takes 15 minutes at home. Excellent upgrade. The inside is clean and very easy to get in and out. Security is great too. Staff met us on our first visit and helped us find our unit and set up locks. Super nice great costumer service.

They have been more than a space to store my things, they have always been polite, helpful and compassionate towards my needs and concerns as well as there's never been an issue with the buildings cleanliness, it's always in tip top shape which gives me a comforting feeling of safety with the virus and all these days! Lara was amazing today. I recently moved from Panama City Beach and I needed a storage unit. She was so helpful and offered to showed me a unit that was perfect for my item's. Even though she didn't have the special rate available she signed me up for the Gandy property and was just awesome. Thanks Lara for Great Service!!!

I really like the service. Laura really took good care of me. She's a very amazing lady. And I think Extra Space Storage should really keep her around. She gets the job done and she doesn't take long she gets right to it.

Signing up was very simple. The manager was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Entire building is bright and clean. Getting in and out is really easy. Still adding stuff to the 10 X 10 unit. William
