Highly recommended!! Private, immaculately clean, great office management, easy to work with. The BEST!! I would use this storage facility in a heartbeat!! If you need to store— come use their floor!! Again, the Best!!

My experience with renting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage, located at 7220 4rth St. N., St. Petersburg was exceptional. The storage area was always kept very clean and was well managed. Karin the Manager, was most helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that my storage rental needs were met. I was always greeted with kindness. She also made sure my use of the unit went with ease and convenience. As an example, she made sure the rear slider doors were kept open when moving items in and out of the storage unit, so I did not need to use my code to re-enter the building. I highly recommend this location for your short- or long-term storage needs.

(UPDATE) It has been a little over a year and they increased rates yet again! $211 per month for a 5 x 15 Got a unit 2 months ago in brand new building. They didn't even have code access yet so we couldn't get in on Sundays. Now they raised the price from $130 to over $200!!! 35% increase!! (Update 7-9-24 Spoke with someone and the increase ended up being about $35 a month for a total of $176)

Karin was extremely helpful with my unit rental today. She was knowledgeable about the available units and even helped when the lock got stuck in the door. I felt really bad that it took her a while to drill through the entire cylinder lock. I hope the storage owner provides her with better tools. Building is clean and well maintained.
