      Most recent update: they raised it again to $255 (Previous UPDATE) It has been a little over a year and they increased rates yet again! $211 per month for a 5 x 15 Got a unit 2 months ago in brand new building. They didn't even have code access yet so we couldn't get in on Sundays. Now they raised the price from $130 to over $200!!! 35% increase!! (Update 7-9-24 Spoke with someone and the increase ended up being about $35 a month for a total of $176)
