Nichole was an absolute gem. I don't think I've ever dealt with someone professionally that was so helpful from start to finish. This was the third location I had to call/go to to find the type of unit I needed and I'm so glad she was there to assist.

First things first, I hate the very idea of self storage. The very notion of paying money to keep my extra crap somewhere irks me to my very core. That said, sometimes you gotta do it and a few months ago that was me. Despite my very negative bias against the whole concept, my experience at Extra Space Storage in South Tampa was phenomenal from start to finish! Finding the right unit online was a breeze. I reserved it for the next day and the guy at the front desk had everything waiting for us. The app worked like a charm and gave us easy access to the building. Parking was easy and available. They have multiple carts for customer use that made loading and unloading a breeze. The whole place is clean, well lit, and climate controlled. Automated billing worked great for the few months I needed it and then I was able to cancel online without any hiccups. We unloaded our stuff, left the door up, and gave them a call to let them know we were out. Done! It kills me to rave about a self storage place but in the middle of a nightmare series of moves, Extra Space Storage was a lone bright spot. Highly recommend if you need storage south of Gandy in Tampa!
