I moved into the first floor unit on Saturday, August 1, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Karin. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly friendly, professional, personable, and eager to help. Karin immediately showed us to our unit, found additional carts so we could unload more efficiently, and went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in helping others, and Karin absolutely made a lasting impression.
