Update: they wanted to raise it to over $300! So I moved out. Goodbye. It is a scammy business practice to constantly raise rates. Theyre greedy. Note that 3 years after getting storage they had tripled the rate. What a horrible business model. Previous update: they raised it again to $255 (Previous UPDATE) It has been a little over a year and they increased rates yet again! $211 per month for a 5 x 15 Got a unit 2 months ago in brand new building. They didn't even have code access yet so we couldn't get in on Sundays. Now they raised the price from $130 to over $200!!! 35% increase!! (Update 7-9-24 Spoke with someone and the increase ended up being about $35 a month for a total of $176)

Beware if you are a household that needs to store items during a hurricane. The store manager Jose abruptly closed the offices hours before the posted time without notice 2 hours and 15 mins hours before closing……. My items flooded all bc they decided to close early without notice. If you live in a flood zone consider another facility!
