If you told me I’d walk into a self-storage facility and leave feeling like I just received VIP treatment from a corporate assassin of hidden fees, I would have laughed. And yet, here we are. Let’s be honest: renting a storage unit usually feels like stepping into a psychological thriller where every piece of fine print is written in ancient Aramaic and designed to charge you $40 a month for the privilege of existing near a cardboard box. Enter Steve. Steve does not deal in corporate mumbo-jumbo. Steve looks you dead in the eye, delivers the facts with the precision of a laser-guided missile, and explains everything so clearly that even a raccoon hopped up on espresso could understand it. Zero misunderstandings. Complete, unapologetic transparency. He is so right-to-the-point that I’m pretty sure he could negotiate a global peace treaty on his lunch break and still have time to close out my paperwork without breaking a sweat. If you need a storage unit and want to deal with a human being who actually respects your time, tells you the absolute truth, and takes care of business, find Steve. Five stars isn't enough; they should probably just hand this man the keys to the entire corporate headquarters.
