Dear Friends! I give Extra Space Storage ????? 5 Stars — But Honestly, They Deserve About 10! Doreen, Skyler and the amazing staff at Extra Space Storage have gone so far above and beyond for me that I'm starting to think they should be charging for therapy sessions, too! ?? Let's start with the fact that my movers somehow managed to move everything EXCEPT a large piece of furniture, which they conveniently abandoned in the hallway during move-out. After it was found sitting by the elevator, they not only rescued my poor, homeless piece of furniture, but then babysat it for TWO DAYS until I could retrieve it! Now THAT is customer service! And here's something you don't hear every day: Doreen actually CALLED to remind me about a payment I'd overlooked! They could have simply locked me out and left me standing outside, furniture-less, but NOPE! They chose kindness over captivity! ?? But here's what really makes these folks special. I first met these wonderful gals, it was during one of the most stressful times of my life. I'd experienced a significant house fire on CHRISTMAS EVE. ?????? I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and about one inconvenience away from losing my marbles. Yet somehow, from the very first day, these wonderful people had me LAUGHING, feeling comfortable, and genuinely cared for. You simply cannot put a price on that kind of kindness. Skyler, Doreen and the entire team are professional, compassionate, funny, and absolutely exceptional at what they do. They don't just rent storage units — they restore your faith in humanity, one forgotten payment and abandoned dresser at a time! ?? Would I recommend Extra Space Storage? ABSOLUTELY! A+++++++ (I'd give them more plus signs, but I'm running out of keyboard!) ????? Thank you, Doreen, Skyler and crew, for taking care of my belongings, my sanity, and occasionally my furniture's abandonment issues! ?? Be well, y'all! Debbi ??
