Unfortunately i didn't catch thier names but on friday ,September 11th I rented a unit that was too small.The people in the office transferred me to a different unit and charged me only the difference of the larger unit. While we were attempting to move stuff in the uhaul to the unit a major thunderstorm abruptly showed up .they brought a flatbed cart to speed things up. They went above and beyond to help me out! Wish all people that work with the public could take lessons from those two. Kudos to them. Keep up the good work.pleasure doing business with you!

I accidentally entered the wrong info for my license, and Bret made it so easy to fix, and I got my gate code almost immediately. If there’s any issues or questions he is extremely easy to reach and efficient. We have worked with multiple self storage places, but this one is by far my favorite. Not only is it the most reasonably priced, but you can get a unit same day without ever having to step foot into the office. Location is absolutely 10/10 as well.
