I came here after my dad passed and I had to get his stuff moved around so I could afford to keep paying for it so I didn’t lose what was important enough for my dad to keep. Jack was such an amazing help during the whole process and even when my husband passed out from heat exhaustion he led the paramedics to us so my husband could get much needed medical attention. He was extremely nice with every interaction we had with him and I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone that needs a good place to store your stuff. That day Jack was definitely a big help in my husband being ok after his hospital visit. To me he was an absolute Godsend. Thank you Jack and staff for all your help and everything that you did to help us in such sad circumstances. I truly appreciate you guys more than I could ever tell you.

In short, this was a 10/10 experience for me. For anyone looking for details as to why, I will say the cleanliness and customer service are 2 of the top reasons I give a perfect rating. Joe helped me out several times and customer service here in general was super fast and efficient. A couple other plusses for me were the ease of access both to the facility and to the unit, as well as the gas station/ Dunkin next door. I felt comfort in the fact that anytime I went I could get in and out quickly and even have a gas station and coffee shop in the same lot.

The entire storage place is close to the highway. The unit I picked was street access so it was Very easy to access. They were helpful in closing the account. The last day of the lease they saw I was cleaning up the unit and came up to me to confirm that I was leaving so I was pleasantly surprised it was so easy and smooth.
