Corporate services agent pulled a fast one on us & booked a wrong storage unit after confirming several times during call what unit we specifically wanted. Rob the agent at the actual facility took care of us. It was a bit of work for him but he got things organized & honored the online price. Shout out to the area manager for approving it & not giving us a hard time. I have been doing business here since I moved to Tampa & I have multiple units. I didn’t want to have to leave because of this one incident. Rob reminded me of why I actually have units here. Great customer service.
