I met with Sally at Extra Space Storage today. I’m often frustrated when I interact with a business and find the people representing their business come across as indifferent. When I run across someone that makes an effort to be polite and delivers common courtesy effortlessly, I find my experience is just better. Sally was exceptional. Specifically for the Rome Ave location- a clean facility, organized with easy access. It is a good location (a great location for UT students) & with comparable prices. Great prices considering cleanliness, efficiency and safe location. I felt confident that my items are safe. All that and Sally, the manager who will take the time to make sure things go smoothly & that you are happy. Sally was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. 5 stars to Extra Space Storage in general and 10 stars for Sally.
