Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. Ted at the Rome Ave location in Tampa was extremely kind, patient & helpful. He communicated thoroughly & made it smooth & nice on a very difficult day. So appreciate him. The storage facility is perfect. Clean, nice & new with carts to help with move-in/out. Everything was as advertised and as we were told. The lock system is great & im glad i just purchased & used the cylinder lock provided. Excellent, easy & smooth experience.

I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Ted for his assistance in finding me open units around town when his location did not have any available. When you're moving from out of state, having to put everything you own in storage until you find a permanent residence & have to figure all the logistics out remotely, it can be very stressful. He went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service and made sure he answered all my questions. I appreciate Ted for his patience & kindness in assisting me and helping us get prepped for the upcoming move. It really means alot!!
