Kevin greeted me warmly at the door and had the upmost, respectful and kind demeanor. He was super professional, thorough, and efficient. I will always rent from extra space storage because their facilities are clean, the staff are always inviting and professional and the move-in process was such a breeze. We are very happy with the EXTRAA SPACE STORAGR ( previouslyLIFE Storage) on Kennedy and Rome. It’s clean, bright and well-run. KEVIN GRAY, the manager as well as JOHN provided us with excellent customer service. We had space for a little over a year after the sale of our home. The access/parking entry is covered, making the place ideal in rainy weather. Proximity next door to a Walmart Marketplace is convenient for tape, boxes, markers and bubblewrap too. The folks who work there couldn’t be nicer!! Great place to keep your extra stuff!

So the operator completely messed everything up however the manager made sure I was well taken care of and even sent off with more than what I came with to make up for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t that I had already paid another storage after the mishap I would not only stay but 100% recommend this company just off the wonderful customer service the manager gave! I love establishments who actually care about their customers!
