Specifically for the Rome Ave location- a clean facility, organized with easy access. It is a good location (a great location for UT students) & with comparable prices. Great prices considering cleanliness, efficiency and safe location. I felt confident that my items are safe. All that and Sally, the manager who will take the time to make sure things go smoothly & that you are happy. Sally was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. 5 stars to Extra Space Storage in general and 10 stars for Sally.
