I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I especially want to give a shout-out to Russ, who was a huge help during both my move-in and move-out. He made the entire process a breeze and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help really stood out.
