We were looking for a storage location near my friend’s parent’s house. We found Extra Storage Space had a perfect size unit for all of our things. We met with Ms. Jonson who helped us find exactly what we needed. The service was amazing,. She was very helpful, informative, and even gave us some boxes. The location is secure, well lit and gated. Ma Rochonta was very nice and helped us move from Smaller unit to bigger one. Area was very close and units were clean and roomy. Free first month on smaller one and free second month on larger one drive up. Will Use again. We even got boxes included. Great customer service.

As I was checking out to discontinue my storage Rose was such a pleasure to deal with. I checked out after they charged me for full month . She said she would work on prorate amount. She called me back couple of days later to advise that my checkout was complete. I was impressed that she took the time to call me back . Excellent customer service ! I will go back to rent again if I need storage in the future ! ??
