I originally rented two units here for what I thought would be a short stay, but ended up needing three units for a year and a half. On move-in day, the manager truly went above and beyond to secure that third unit for me on the spot. Throughout my time here, the customer service was exceptional. On a few occasions when I didn't secure my unit door perfectly, the staff noticed immediately during their patrols and contacted me to ensure my belongings were safe. When my move-out day turned into chaos due to a no-show from my moving company, the staff was incredibly accommodating and supportive. They checked in on me and provided total peace of mind during a stressful transition. I highly recommend this facility for their proactive security, monitoring, and truly incredible staff.

I’ve been a customer of this location for several months. Always very happy with them. Place is spotless. New manager (Terrance) and employee (Ray) are pretty great. Friendly and make things simple and efficient. App is easy and useful. Highly recommend.
