She showed me a couple of great units that fit my needs, explained everything in very clear detail, and ensured I had all the information I needed to feel confident moving forward. The women who run this storage facility do a great job! They are always helpful whether on the phone or in person and know how to problem solve. I like the facility itself also, it is well lit and a good temperature and easy elevator access.
