Clean facility and nice staff that are sometimes present on site. But renters beware of the introductory rate and misleading pricing practices. My monthly payment rose from $121.75 to $199 within a few months, then to $265—more than double the original rate in roughly a year. After I objected, management reduced it to $200 for one month before raising it again to $220 in October. While long-term customers who consistently pay their rent are subjected to repeated price increases, the company continues advertising extremely low “introductory” rates on its website to attract new customers. In my experience, those advertised rates were not a realistic indication of what customers would actually pay over time. The practice felt deceptive and like a bait-and-switch. The fine print in the contract permits rent increases for any reason with 30 days’ notice. Staff attributed the increases to seasonal demand, but for me the price only continued to increase - and did so substantially over less than 1 year.
