06/12/26: My circumstances changed and I no longer needed my storage unit. I went in today and spoke with Christy. She was a great help. Since I still did not have access to my unit, she was able to reverse my lease (month-to-month) and process a full refund! From what I have experienced, Extra Space Storage is the BEST! From Kelsys and Christy, to the excellent facility itself! If I ever need to store anything, they will be the FIRST place I run to! 06/08/26: Kelsys is GREAT! She took time to show me 3 types of storage units. She has such a great personality!, so funny!

They take unethical advantage you with price increases. No, I’m not using those words lightly. Trust me. Been there for 3-4 years. They raise prices every few months. At this rate I’m better off renting a room in an apartment and not even living in it. And they got new employees and now they don’t respond. Also, don’t get the non-climate controlled drive up ones: there are black widow spiders in them. I’m sure you don’t want your open a box and find a nest of those! And their website doesn’t work from out of the country with or without a VPN. Maybe they could use some of that money to make a proper working website.
