This place is really nice! It's new and clean inside, and the customer service has been excellent. Store Manager Dezirae went above and beyond to assist me with several matters. I rented two 10x10 units from her without any hassle. The covered loading dock is great and provides easy access to the elevators. You can enter the facility with the phone app or a code. I do wish there was another loading dock and elevator at the opposite end of the building, as it would make accessing distant units easier. Note that insurance is required when renting out a unit. You can buy from Extra Space Storage or inquire with your insurance company. The price of insurance is not included in the advertised price and may change over time.
