We had an issue accessing our unit, which was completely our fault. Courtney went out of her way to help us and resolve the issue. She was kind, helpful, and made such an effort when she didn't have to. These days customer service seems to be non-existent and this facility and Courtney are proof it still exists. Also, the access and prices of this facility are really great so we recommend Extra Space in general. But knowing they provide top notch service and employ someone like Courtney is the reason to use them over others.
