Michael was wonderful got me what I needed

Mike was wonderful! Took the time to find my elderly mother a unit nearest to an entrance so she’d have an easy/shorter walk as she has bad knees. Very thoughtful. Exceptional customer service! Facility is nice and clean too with plenty of moving carts. Thank you!

I RARELY give 5 stars because there's always something that can be done to improve service some way or somehow. I literally can't think of a single thing that needs to be done! Mike is AWESOME!! He's gone out of his way to assist me with keeping my unit at his facility on more than one occasion. I didn't need as big of a unit any longer and I kept missing the window on the smaller units. Mike kept in constant contact when I had questions or concerns, and today I was able to secure a smaller unit so I could stay right in the building I was in! He's definitely a man of his word and I am thrilled I didn't have to move to a new location! You can't go wrong with this location or his other storage facility. I'm always going to need a unit, I'm very comfortable with Mike's Extra Space Storage thanks to his attentiveness to customer service and the cleanliness of both locations at all times. The building feels secure no matter what time I've accessed the unit, I've always felt safe while on the property. Thank you Mike for providing amazing customer service and for striving to be the best! You really are! Thank you, ~Cindy

If you go anywhere BUT HERE you're crazy. This guy SAVED ME! I originally reserved a place 1.5 miles away. When I arrived with an entire van filled with my stuff, the person at the counter was doing drugs, had the wrong size unit ready for me AND IT WAS NOT climate controlled. I googled, from their lot, the closest place and called two. THIS place was the only one willing to help. I pay $60 a month for a huge 7 by 10 unit, air conditioned, brand new, easy to get to second floor, had carts big enough and easy to move that this 48 year old mom who just lost her husband moved 3 tvs, 3 fridges, one table, endless boxes and clothes here for the summer ALL BY MYSELF. CAN NOT FIND ANYWHERE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE! I WILL BE returning every summer.
