I came in to inquire about the prices and a possible contract on a storage unit because I’ve never rented a storage unit before. Anita was most helpful, thorough, and very knowledge about the policies and any of the fees I inquired about. I have not purchased a unit as of yet, but I’ll be back closer to the time that I will need it. I just thought I would write this review because I had great service given to me, and being in the retail industry can be challenging but Anita is great!!!

Brittanie and Anita were super helpful. When I inquired about getting a storage unit and wasn’t able to view it ahead of time, they worked tirelessly to find one that would be perfect for my move. They communicated everything that I would need, so that I would come prepared and even directed me to the right location when I couldn’t figure out the Downtown Atlanta area. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage/ Moving needs.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The manager, Theresa, is pleasant and funny. She provides great customer service. Both my unit and the facility were clean. I was previously renting at a Public Storage location in midtown. I think the price was comparable, but the facility was dirty and my interactions with the manager there were mixed.
