This facility is newer, clean and very nice. Michael assisted me with getting my first storage unit and he provided outstanding customer service! I wish he was at this location full time as he was very friendly and professional. I only took away one star because the cart situation here is horrendous. If your unit is on a higher level, you’ll need a cart to lug your items and this facility only keeps 2-3 carts for the entire facility. Also, the carts are only available for use during the office hours which isn’t ideal as it limits the times you would need to get things from your unit that are heavier. Other than that, so far so great! The security also seems top notch.
