During a moment of pressing need I visited your 8115 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA facility and your agent, MS Sharawn White, proved to be a most professional employee agent. Her quick assist was reassuring as her confidence and company knowledge was point perfect. Surprisingly, she then walked the property with me showing space and convenience of layout. Coupled with knowledge and courtesy she was completely professional, mature but friendly. I rented the space and her continuing assist aided my work. Sharawn did a fantastic job. Had been given some incorrect information elsewhere, due to confusion on me changing units. She was able to double check the info for me and get it straightened out. Very polite and professional when I came to get my unit.

I have to admit I was very skeptical coming from California, moving from place to place and getting ripped-off left and right just to store all my belongings. We happened to find "ESS" online and decided to call. Not only was the storage facility and all their units super clean and very well maintained; but the level of customer service went above and beyond expectations. We were so fortunate to be greeted by Sharawn White that we felt an immediate connection with her wonderful, kind and caring demeanor as opposed to being treated like a typical transaction nowadays. Sharawn and ESS were so great, we ended up with not 1 but 2 storage units. We couldn't be happier and I have found my new home at ExtraSpace Storage!!

We rented a storage unit here for about a year and a half. Never had an issue and the staff has always been friendly. Would rent a storage unit from them again if needed.

Super clean and well run facility. Had large space there for two years. Sharawn White and her team are very professional, efficient and easy to deal with. Better rates than neighboring facilities. Will use again, if need arises.
