Duff was great when I first got my unit - walked ME to my unit and everything. He also made sure I was safe when selling an item off Facebook Marketplace and met at the storage unit LOL

Great service and extremely helpful. The new store manager is extremely kind and very professional. I’ve had different storage units at different places for some time but today is the first time I’ve had a team member (let alone the manager) physically come to my unit to assist me when I needed help. It wasn’t a “leave a message” experience, it was “how can I help.” That really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much!!!!

Very professional and unbelievable customer experience. Sean was beyond accommodating to our storage needs and timeline. The leasing process explanations given from beginning to end were throughly explained, which eliminated any confusion or miscommunication. The facilities are in pristine condition and security was top tier. Would highly recommend utilizing this company for your personal storage needs in the future!
