Dre is AMAZING! He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. He keeps the place clean and manages the lockers very well. I had to make a last minute switch on my storage locker and he made the whole process seamless. This is a great, clean, and well managed storage property that I’d definitely recommend!

Had a great move-in experience with friendly staff. Now on the back-end with payments and guaranteed rates... not so much. If you're given a guaranteed rate for 6 months but then the website doesn't allow you to pay for 6 months and the team understands this glitch and guarantees this rate regardless - consider that guarantee useless. Everyone I talked to about this: Dead end, no help, no understanding, no adjustments. All because this guarantee was not documented in their notes so nothing could be done. So much for owning your own lack of communication and technology issues. Would not recommend.
